How to reduce environmental impact

Chapter 12 deals with the topic of reducing environmental impact and sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important in today's world. First, the chapter describes what measures can be taken to reduce the environmental impact of machine dishwashing. The individual parameters of commercial warewashing that have an influence on the warewashing result and how these affect the environment will be discussed. The individual ingredients of detergents and rinse aids, for example, are also listed and their environmental relevance explained, including the topics of transport, storage and handling.
